Terms.
- No long-term contracts. Monthly agreements are month to month. Projects end when the defined scope of work is completed.
- On-site across metro Atlanta is included in managed agreements. Remote support anywhere.
- Prepaid blocks are good for six months from purchase and don't roll over. Every block carries managed-client priority.
- Licensing and hardware are billed separately.
